The Tel Aviv Administrative Court has cancelled a building permit for an agricultural complex proposed for an area of open space zoned as 'special landscape value'. The site is adjacent to the Hadarim junction in the Sharon.

IUED petitioned the court on learning that Yakhin Haklal Ltd. planned to build a 'logistics center' of over 160,000 square feet under a building permit issued in accordance with a 1983 area development plan.

The court accepted our argument that the current circumstances, context and new zoning plans should be taken into account before twenty-year old building permits are implemented.
